1 lb. of shelled shrimp
1 tbsp. of Stellino Rub (See Below)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp of red pepper flakes.
1 cup of finely diced and seeded red and yellow peppers
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
½ cup of white wine
2 tablespoons of softened butter
Recipe for Stellino Rub:
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of pepper
In a bowl, mix the shrimp and the Stellino Rub.
Cook the oil and the red pepper flakes in a pan over medium heat until the oil is hot.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring well. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked shrimp to a plate.
Add the peppers to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic, stir well, and cook one more minute. Add the parsley and stir well.
Add the cooked shrimp back into the pepper mixture and cook for 2 more minutes stirring well.
Add the wine, stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the butter and stir into the wine, peppers, and shrimp mixture until it melts completely into the sauce.
Turn off the heat. This dish is ready to be served.
