Ricotta Pudding


In a large bowl mix well the ricotta, sugar and the grated chocolate.

Spoon the ricotta pudding into four large martini glasses, top with the crumbled pistachio nuts, a dollop of whipped cream and the maraschino cherries.

You can serve it right away or let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours until your guests arrive.


2 cups ricotta which has been strained for about one hour

½ cup C&H® or Domino® sugar

½ cup semisweet chocolate, grated

½ cup pistachio nuts, toasted and crumbled finely

4 maraschino cherries

whipped cream
