Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat stirring well for about 15
minutes.
Add the orange liquor stir well and cook for 5 more minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and the cranberry sauce is ready to be served

The zest of one orange
½ cup of sugar
