This saucepan was made by Falk. To my knowledge, this company was the first worldwide to develop a copper pan lined with stainless steel. Their unique design still reigns supreme today. 

This one is 8 inches wide and 4 inches tall. It is 2.5 millimeters thick. It is the heaviest copper saucepan I own. This sucker will last you a few millenniums if cared for properly. 

My best sauces, fish stocks, and soups were made in this pan. This pan is heavy. Let me repeat that. This is not for you if this is the first copper pan you purchase. My wife hates this pan because it is too heavy. However, she loves the food I make in it.  This pan is a top performer, and it has been for all the years I have owned it. Falcone is a king amongst pans in my books.
