15 ounces solid white canned tuna, water packed, drained and flaked
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons anchovy paste, (or mashed, whole flat oil packed anchovies)
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5 Tablespoons drained capers
¾ cup chicken stock
Yields: 3 ½ cups
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
