Nick Stellino's Parmesan Cheese sauce

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, thickly sliced

1 cup cream

½ (one half) cup chicken stock

2 ounces ham, chopped

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Salsa Parmigiana

Yields 1 ½ cup

In a medium saucepan, combine the garlic, ham, cream and chicken stock. Bring the sauce to a boil, and simmer to a sauce consistency 10-12 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
