Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream
salt to taste

Alternate Version:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 ounces prepared horseradish, (easily available at your local supermarket)

Fold the grated horseradish into the sour cream. Stir in the cream. Season with salt. Place the horseradish cream in a serving container and keep fresh in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Alternate Version:
Whip the cream until it reached the consistency of whipping cream. Gently, fold into the prepare horseradish. Stir well to make sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Place the horseradish cream in a serving container and keep fresh in the refrigerator until ready to use.
