Ingredients:

½ cup heavy cream
6 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 Tablespoons corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Yield: 1 ½ cup

Place the heavy cream, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan.
Heat over medium low heat until the chocolate melts. When it just begins to melt, remove from heat and whisk to blend. Whisk in corn syrup, salt and vanilla.
Serve it along your favorite dessert ,or just over ice-cream.
