Ingredients:

2 Cups Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Beef Stock
Half of a Smoked Ham Hock or a Prosciutto bone (10-12 ounces)

Serves 4 or more. Makes 2 ½ cups of sauce

Place all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the sauce is reduced to about 2 ½ cups. Remove any meat from the bone or ham hock and add to the sauce. Discard the bone.
