Garlic Cream Sauce

Crema all’Aglio


2 cups Cream
6 large Garlic cloves, thickly sliced
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Makes 1 ½ cups sauce

Combine the cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan and simmer until the sauce will coat the back of a spoon 15-20 minutes.
