2 large boneless, skinless Chicken Breast halves, about 1 pound**
¼ pound honey baked or sweet baked Ham, cut into ¼ inch dice.
1 7.75 ounce can of Hearts of Palm, cut into ¼ inch rounds
2 Celery stalks from the heart of the celery, or one large stalk, cut into a ¼ inch dice
½ cup Mayo
1 Tablespoon dijon Mustard plus 2 teaspoons Honey or 1 ½ tablespoons Honey Mustard
1/3 pound Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 small head of Radicchio, leaves separated, washed, dried and trimmed of thick white core.
4 large hero rolls or 6 smaller rolls
