Tuna and White Bean Spread on Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

1 (6-ounce) (175-g) can water-packed light tuna, drained
1 (15 1/2-ounce) (440-g) can white beans, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
3 tablespoons drained capers, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1/2 lemon, grated
1 recipe Toasted Garlic Bread
Serves 6 to 8

Process all the ingredients except the garlic toast in a food processor or blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until it reaches a smooth spreading consistency. Serve at room temperature on the garlic toast.
